EMPOWER COCKE COUNTY
​Empower Cocke County desires to see positive life change by helping individuals cease destructive behavior through following the teaching of Jesus Christ. We intend to do this by calling local bodies of Christ together, working side by side in one accord, to accomplish what no one church can do alone.
